General terms and conditions

1 – OBJECT

The purpose of these General Conditions is to define the conditions applicable to contracts for the provision of transport services concluded between VTC Solution Transport and its customers. By using the services of VTC Solution Transport, the customer is presumed to have read these Terms and Conditions and to have fully accepted them.

2 – CONTRACT FORMATION TRANSPORT SERVICES

The Customer can request a service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on the website vtcsolutiontransport.fr or by telephone at +33 6 24 26 32 39 . The Customer provides all the information concerning his service request. He is solely responsible for this information, the following of which are considered essential to the contract: date of the transport service, place of pick-up, place of drop-off, pick-up time, number of passenger(s) (adult/child), number of luggage(s), nature of the service (transfer, provision). VTC Solution Transport sets the price of the service based in particular on the information provided by the Customer.
Payment of the price is made by credit card via a secure electronic system or cash during the service (Check not accepted). By communicating his bank details, the customer accepts in advance and unconditionally that VTC Solution Transport proceeds with the secure transaction and authorizes his bank in advance to debit his account for the amount of the service. After confirmation by the Customer of his request for service and payment of the price, VTC Solution Transport sends him, in return, by email or SMS, a booking form summarizing the information related to the service. The Customer is responsible for verifying the information appearing in the booking voucher.

3 – RATES

VTC Solution Transport sets the price of the service based in particular on the information provided by the Customer. Chauffeur service, fuel, unlimited insurance of the people transported and tolls are included in the transport. Parking fees are not included in the service.

4 – PAYMENT

Methods of payment accepted: cash, bank cards (Visa, MasterCard). Any transport service by transfer or provision is payable when ordering. Check not accepted.

5 – BOOKING AND CANCELLATION

5 – 1 – BOOKING

Any reservation implies the unconditional acceptance of these general conditions of sale. The Customer and the service provider undertake to respect all the clauses mentioned in this contract. No modification may be made to the above conditions without prior agreement between the parties. This contract would be suspended or canceled ipso jure and without compensation of any kind in all recognized cases of force majeure (event external to VTC Solution Transport) such as disruption of traffic lanes, bad weather, demonstration, accident, breakdown or malfunction of telecommunication networks, shortage of labor or materials... The contract is only deemed concluded once payment for the order has been received. Otherwise, it is null and void.

5 – 2 – BOOKING AT STATION OR AIRPORT

Any reservation of a car with driver departing from a train station or an airport implies the Customer's obligation to enter their flight number in the Flight or train number field for optimal support of the driver. Otherwise, the driver cannot know the arrival terminal or the exact arrival platform of the Customer, the driver is in no way held responsible for the non-support of the Customer. Still in the said case, if the two parties fail to join, in any way whatsoever, at the time of the Customer's pick-up indicated on the reservation +30 minutes, the driver leaves the premises and the service is lost. The Customer is invoiced for 100% of the amount of the trip without the possibility of postponement and without being able to claim any refund.

5 – 3 – CANCELLATION AND DELAY

Waiting at the departure of a station

The Customer having previously entered his train number, the driver arrives at the station with a sign in his name. In case of delay of the train, the driver adapts and does what is necessary to be present to welcome the Customer, once it is at the platform. Once the train is at the platform, the driver waits for the Customer for 20 minutes (corresponding to the arrival time of the train +20 minutes). Without news from the Customer despite several attempts by the driver to contact him, the driver leaves the premises and the service is lost. The Customer is invoiced for 100% of the amount of the trip without the possibility of postponement and without being able to claim any refund.

Waiting for departure from an airport

The Customer having previously informed his flight number, the driver presents himself at the exit of the luggage with a sign in his name. In case of delay of the plane, the driver adapts and does what is necessary to be present to welcome the Customer once he lands. Once the plane lands, the driver waits for the Customer for 40 minutes (corresponding to the pick-up time specified by the Customer 40 minutes). Without news from the Customer despite several attempts by the driver to contact him, the driver leaves the premises and the service is lost. The Customer is invoiced for 100% of the amount of the trip without the possibility of postponement and without being able to claim any refund.

Waiting from a specific address

The Customer having previously informed his pick-up address, the driver presents himself at the date, time and place of pick-up indicated. Once there, he waits 10 minutes for free. The additional wait is billed at 0.80 cents / minute, without exceeding 30 minutes of waiting, unless contact is made with the driver, availability of the latter to wait longer, and agreement of both parties. Beyond 30 minutes of waiting and without hearing from the Customer despite several attempts by the driver to contact him, the driver leaves the premises and the service is lost. The Customer is billed for 100% of the amount of the trip without the possibility of postponement and without being able to claim any refund.

Customer Cancellation

A reservation can be canceled by the customer, before the pick-up time indicated in the reservation voucher, by SMS to +33 6 24 26 32 39 or Email to vtcsolutiontransport@gmail.com:
- Cancellation more than 24 hours before the pick-up time: 100% refund of the amount of the trip.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the pick-up time: full amount due for the trip.

6 – TRANSFER - AT DISPOSAL

6 – 1 – TRANSFER

The transfer service begins at the address of the headquarters of the company VTC Solution Transport and ends upon the arrival of the customer at the planned address.

6 – 2 – DISPOSAL

Transport is limited in mileage as part of hourly availability:
- 25 kilometers for 1 hour of availability,
- 125 kilometers for 4 hours of availability,
- 250 kilometers for 8 hours of availability.
Any hour started is due in full.

7 – QUALITY OF SERVICE

Transporting people for a fee is a regulated activity. Only authorized vehicles can carry out this service and:
- Provided with a professional card number issued by the prefecture,
- Provided with a registration certificate issued by the Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Energy, Office of the organization of road passenger transport / VTC pole,
- Provided with a registration sticker affixed to the windshield of the vehicle.
VTC Solution Transport undertakes to carry out or have the transport services carried out in accordance with the reservation form and in compliance with all regulations and legislation in force.
In the event of subcontracting, the VTC Solution Transport company ensures that the persons and companies it uses meet the same conditions.

8 – RESPONSIBILITIES

8 – 1 – RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER AND OF PERSONS TRANSPORTED

The Customer undertakes for himself and for the passengers for whom he has contracted with VTC Solution Transport to behave like a good father from the moment of pick-up, in particular, by respecting the driver and the transport equipment as well as the following provisions:
- Respect for the rules of the Highway Code (wearing a seat belt, car seat, booster seat, etc.),
- Prohibition of smoking, eating and transporting dangerous materials. If necessary, your driver will make a stop on the way,
- It is forbidden to consume alcohol on board the vehicle,
- Luggage is accepted and remains the responsibility of the customer. The company VTC Solution Transport cannot be held responsible in the event of damage and/or loss of luggage or electronic device (telephone, tablet, etc.),
- Any damage to the vehicle, due to the customer, will be entirely at his expense,
- For all other damage resulting in immobilization of the vehicle: Actual billing + Immobilization costs + Loss of revenue on an average of the last 3 months. In the event of damage resulting in the cancellation of the following service, a fixed fee of €150 will be applied in addition, payable immediately by credit card.
- Cleaning in the event of vomiting will be invoiced €200 including tax in addition to the service payable immediately by credit card.
- Small pets are accepted, provided they are in a transport cage. Large service dogs are allowed.
Failure to comply with these provisions engages the exclusive responsibility of the Customer and the passengers both with regard to VTC Solution Transport and third parties. The company VTC Solution Transport declines all responsibility for the actions of its Customer before and after its transport. VTC Solution Transport reserves the right to refuse support, or to disembark, a passenger who does not respect these obligations, as well as an alcoholic passenger.

8 – 2 – COMPLAINTS

Any complaint is admissible only within 5 days of the execution of the transport service concerned. Any dispute falls under the Courts instead of the Head Office of the company VTC Solution Transport.
