HOW TO BOOK YOUR TRIP?

With our online booking module, you can enter your trip details and instantly receive a fixed fare. Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive your transport voucher no later than 24 hours before the ride. You will also receive notifications to confirm your booking and remind you of your ride a few hours before departure.

I DON'T WANT TO BOOK ON THE WEBSITE, IS IT POSSIBLE TO CALL YOU?

THERE ARE ANY EQUIPMENT/SERVICES IN THE VEHICLES?

Phone chargers (Apple and Android), bottle of water, sweets: everything you need to make your journey as smooth as possible. Depending on the selected programme: Suit, iPad, WIFI,...

CAN I PAY DIRECTLY IN THE VEHICLE?

No hidden costs! Our vehicles are equipped with a credit card payment terminal. You can pay the driver directly, or pay in advance via a secure payment link. You'll receive an invoice by e-mail once the journey has been completed.

MY PLANE/TRAIN IS DELAYED, WILL I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR WAITING FOR THE DRIVER?

The driver tracks your arrival in real time, using the flight/train number you've entered, and adapts accordingly. Whatever the waiting time, he'll wait for you free of charge. No extra charge on your part.

I NEED A VEHICLE FOR SEVERAL HOURS. HOW CAN I LET YOU KNOW?

For any request for a vehicle with driver available for a specific duration, please contact us directly. If you book by phone, be sure to clearly mention your needs to the operator.
